According to the Consumer Protection Act, products ordered from the online store have a 14-day exchange and return right from the order date. If you exchange/return the product, please FIRST contact us by email (asiakaspalvelu@tuohimaki.fi) to agree on the details.

The product to be returned must be unused, clean and in its original, salable packaging. In the case of a defective or incorrect product, the customer will be reimbursed for the costs incurred by the return. In other cases, the customer pays the shipping and return costs themselves.

If the package has been damaged in transit, report the damage to the logistics company used, either at the time of delivery or in writing within seven days of delivery. If the recipient is a private person, 14 days is considered a reasonable notice period.
