These terms of use apply to websites and online content owned by Nevertex Oy (hereinafter referred to as "Nevertex") (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the website").

The purpose of the website is to offer the opportunity to buy Nevertex products and services. All content produced by the user himself, such as product reviews, comments, feedback, content that may have ended up on the site through social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) are the user's personal opinions. Nevertex is not responsible for their accuracy or correctness. Please note that all of the above the content may be accessible, usable, commentable and shareable by other users.

By creating content on the site, you grant Nevertex a perpetual, transferable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to modify, copy, sub-distribute, make available to the public and publish the content you produce, and to incorporate your content into the site without separate consent and without separate compensation. If you violate these terms of use, we reserve the right to prevent you from using the site.

PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

The website uses cookies. You cannot be identified using cookies alone. PAYMENT TERMS

PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the implementation and payment service provider of the payment brokerage service in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions and Shopify payments. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

CONFLICTS IN THE CONSUMER BOARD

If the disagreement regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, you can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution.
